Concrete Cutting

You’re in good hands with our licensed and experienced cutting and grinding experts. We’re masters in concrete drilling, sawing, and grinding — we've seen it all and done it all, even across sites with challenging access requirements, no power, and no water supplies.

We have a wide range of concrete cutting, drilling, and grinding tools at our disposal, so we can use equipment with the precision needed for your job, including cutting up to 500mm deep and drilling up to 420mm below the surface. Our concrete cutting capabilities include:

  • Wire sawing: Precisely and efficiently cutting through touch surfaces, including concrete floors, walls, steel, and more.
  • Wall sawing: Cutting horizontally or vertically through concrete walls, besser blocks, bricks, and heavy steel up to 750mm deep.
  • Road sawing: Using powerful sawing equipment to cut thorough bitumen, concrete, fibre crete, kerbs, and channels – ideal for concrete and asphalt roads, bridges, driveways, carparks, and more.
  • Soft Cut Sawing: Used for expansion cutting to cut lines through freshly poured concrete slabs for foundations, paths, and driveways.
  • Demo Sawing: Cutting up concrete structures for removal, including slabs, walls, driveways, bricks, and asphalt.
  • Core Drilling: Drilling small or large holes in concrete floors, walls, and even steel for plumbing installations, drainage pipes, electrical wiring, ventilation systems, manholes, structural testing, and more.
  • Floor Grinding: Sanding back rough concrete surfaces (plus glue pain, and grout) ready for sealing and protective coatings.
  • Chainsawing: Cutting into slabs, walls, and bricks for smaller openings, tight spaces, straight lines, and precise corners.
  • GPR Scanning: Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) equipment to map what’s inside or underneath concrete for precise measurements and project planning.
